Why rhythmic gymnastics

The most graceful sport a girl can grow up in

Ballet, dance and gymnastics in one discipline. Ribbon, ball, hoop, clubs and rope teach coordination the way nothing else does — and the posture, focus and confidence stay long after the leotard is outgrown.

  • Flexibility, posture and musicality built from age three
  • An Olympic sport with a clear USA Gymnastics ladder from Level 3 upward
  • Individual attention: our groups are deliberately small
  • Girls learn to perform, not just to train — every routine is her own story

Where does your daughter start?

Every SRG competitor once walked in as a beginner. Flawless Gymnastics is where the love of the sport begins; SRG Academy is where it becomes a result.

What a training session actually looks like

Wall bars, stretching bands, ballet, apparatus. Small groups, so the coach's hands are on every child's back at the right moment. No pressure on the first day — and a lot of it, willingly, by the third season.

Questions parents ask

Before the first class

At what age can my daughter start?

Little Stars welcomes girls from age three. No prior experience, no equipment: for the first weeks, leggings, a fitted top and socks are enough.

How does the free trial work?

Fill in the form, we suggest a day, your daughter joins a regular class for one hour. You watch, we talk afterwards. No payment details are taken.

How much training does the competitive team do?

Level 3 trains three days a week; Levels 5–7 train five days including Saturday, with classical ballet twice a week. We are transparent about hours before you commit, because rhythmic gymnastics rewards consistency more than talent.

Who coaches my child?

Head coach Sofiia Raroh personally coaches every competitive athlete and leads the beginner groups. Coach Liza works with the competitive levels and Pre-Team; a ballet coach leads the classical classes.

How do payments and paperwork work?

Everything runs through the club's online portal: monthly tuition, schedule, documents and announcements in one place — no cash, no paper forms. Sofiia sets up your account with you at the first visit, so you never deal with it alone.

Is it safe?

Every session begins with a structured warm-up and flexibility work suited to the child's age. We are a USA Gymnastics member club and follow its SafeSport policies. Parents are welcome to watch.
