Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Flawless Gymnastics, LLC ("we", "us") operates the recreational program Flawless Gymnastics and the competitive team SRG Academy in San Diego, California, and this website (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Inquiry form: parent or guardian name, phone number or email, child's age range, your interest (trial class, consultation, evaluation) and any message you write.
• Enrollment: when you enroll, we collect the information needed to run the program — parent and emergency contacts, athlete's name and date of birth, medical information relevant to safe participation, USA Gymnastics membership details, and signed waivers and releases. Enrollment, scheduling and tuition are handled through our third-party parent portal (iClassPro); payment card data is processed by that provider and is never stored by us.
• Communications: emails, messages and phone calls you exchange with us.

Information collected automatically

The Site is a static website. We do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security. If we enable analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Embedded content

The Site embeds a Google Map and may embed Instagram posts. Those services set their own cookies and are governed by Google's and Meta's privacy policies.

3. Children's information

Our programs are for children, but our Site and forms are directed at parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Athlete information is collected from a parent or guardian at enrollment. If you believe a child has submitted information to us directly, contact us and we will delete it.

4. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a trial class or evaluation
• To enroll and coach your child safely, including managing medical and emergency information
• To process tuition and manage schedules through the parent portal
• To register athletes for USA Gymnastics membership and sanctioned competitions
• To send program updates, schedule changes and club announcements
• To comply with legal obligations, including USA Gymnastics SafeSport requirements

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Photos and video

We take photos and video during classes, events and competitions for coaching, club records and, with your written consent, for our website and social media. Consent is given separately in the Participation Agreement and can be withdrawn at any time by emailing us; we will remove the material from channels we control within a reasonable time, though we cannot recall content that has already been shared by others.

6. Who we share information with

• Service providers that help us operate: the parent portal and payment processor (iClassPro), the form service that delivers inquiries to our email, our email and hosting providers.
• USA Gymnastics and competition organizers, for membership, sanctioning and registration.
• Medical personnel in an emergency.
• Authorities where required by law, or to protect the safety of a child.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry data for up to 12 months if you do not enroll. Enrollment records, waivers and incident reports are kept for as long as required by law and by our insurer — generally until the athlete reaches age 20, or longer if a claim is pending.

8. Your rights — California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion or correction, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email rg@flawlessgymnasticsacademy.com; we will verify your identity before responding, within 45 days.

9. Security

Enrollment and payment data live in the parent portal, which uses encrypted connections and industry-standard payment processing. Inquiry emails are protected by our email provider. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change and, for material changes, we will notify enrolled families by email.
