Where potential becomes excellence

A deliberately small team. One head coach who knows every routine, every weakness and every breakthrough. This is not a limitation — it is the reason our girls place where they place.

  • Sofiia Raroh personally coaches each competitive athlete
  • Classical ballet and choreography built into the weekly plan
  • Individual routines choreographed for the athlete, not recycled
  • State, regional and national competition calendar
  • Honest conversation about hours, goals and pace — before and during the season

Season 2025–2026

Every athlete we brought to Nationals — in the Top 15

Four athletes qualified for USA Nationals 2026: three in Level 5 (199 gymnasts nationwide) and one in Level 4 (144). Results: #2, #5, #15 and #8 — all with high scores across every apparatus. The year before, the club's very first season, ended with a national title.

How an athlete gets here

Most SRG competitors came through Flawless and Pre-Team. Athletes with previous training at another club are welcome to request an evaluation session with Coach Sofiia.

  • Evaluation: one regular training session, coach feedback the same day
  • We tell you honestly which level fits, and what the season would require
  • Transfers are handled respectfully with the athlete's previous club
