SRG Academy
Ages 3–8 · no experience needed

Where confidence begins.

Flawless is the beginner side of SRG Academy: two one-hour classes a week, small groups, and the same head coach who takes athletes to nationals. Your daughter learns to stretch, jump, balance, and play with a ribbon — and to be brave in front of others.

  • Little Stars (3–5): movement, music, first flexibility, games with apparatus
  • Recreational (5–8): real gymnastics elements, first mini-routines, showcase at the end of the season
  • Coach Sofiia leads both groups personally
  • Parents are welcome to watch

Why rhythmic gymnastics for a child

A sport that builds the whole girl

Rhythmic gymnastics is one of the few sports that develops body, mind and character at the same time — and does it early, when habits are formed for life.

  • Posture and coordination. Ballet-based training straightens the back, teaches a child to control her body, and makes every other sport easier later.
  • Strength without strain. Flexibility and core strength grow together, at a pace suited to a young body, under a coach who watches every rep.
  • Focus and discipline. Routines are learned step by step: a child learns to listen, to repeat, to correct herself — skills that show up in school within months.
  • Resilience. A dropped ball, a missed catch, trying again in front of others — gymnastics teaches that mistakes are part of learning, and that is character.
  • Music and self-expression. Every element is performed to music. Shy girls find a voice on the carpet; confident girls find a stage.
  • Made for girls. An Olympic discipline built around grace, artistry and control — with a clear path from the first class to a competitive team, if she ever wants it.

A regular class at Flawless — nothing staged.

What a first class looks like

Sixty minutes, no pressure

  • Warm-up with music — running, skipping, animal walks; the body wakes up while she stops noticing she's shy
  • Flexibility — gentle, age-appropriate stretching in pairs and with the coach
  • Apparatus play — rolling a ball, jumping through a hoop, drawing circles with a ribbon
  • Little performance — every class ends with each girl showing one thing she learned

The first class is free. Afterwards we talk for five minutes about how it went and what we'd suggest.
